Good Enough To Eat
Like i've said before, i'm a sucker for anything cute. And that includes make-up with cute packaging. I've found some cute little bits of make-up that are all connected with sweets/chocolate! I especially love the little lipglosses that look like tubs of Ben & Jerrys ice cream! So cute.
All are availtable from asos.com

Smokey Eye Swatches
This was requested by Carly, it's my 'Smokey Eye'.
I use Barry M Dazze Dust in Grey and Black.
First I apply the grey all over the eyelid. Then using a SMALL amout of the black I outline the grey on the outer of the eyelid and then blend it in.
I'm useless at explaining things, but this is really easy to do. And I say a small amount because you really do only need the tiniest amout of black because a little goes a long way with such a dark colour. :)
And again the mascara that I used was L'oreal Lash Architect and the eyeliner I use is Benefit Kohl Pencil in 'Stainless'.

NYX & MAC Swatches
I went shopping yesterday and bought some NYX products.
Diamond Sparkle Lip Gloss in 'Rose Sparkle'
Lip Gloss With Mega Shine in 'Sweet Heart'
& Mosaic Powder in 'Highlighter'
Here's the two lipglosses on my hand
And here's them on my lips..
Rose Sparkle:
Sweet Heart:
I absolutley love these lipglosses, especially Sweet Heart! They are so silky and smell really nice. I also love that the colour that you see in the bottle, is the colour that goes on which is rare with lipglosses. As I have quite naturally pinky-red lips, it's great to just put the lipgloss on to give a 'Nude' look without having to put layers of different lipsticks/glosses on to achieve that.
Oh and here's a couple of MAC swatches I did before, just on my hand.
From L-R
Underage, Precocious, Florabundance, Pinkocrasy & Fleshpot
That's it for today! I will post my "Smokey Eye" look which was requested by Carly tomorrow :)
Have a great weekend x

Tropical Sunset Swatches
Here’s some Barry M Dazzle Dust swatches I did the other day, I wanted to go for the “tropical sunset” look so I used yellow, orange and pink.
I love Barry M, they come in so many colours (over 60!) and are really good and long lasting, but not expensive like some of the bigger brands. Although I do love MAC eyeshadows and think they are the best, Barry M is great too. You can get them from Superdrug and some Boots stores or online from www.barrymcosmetics.com and they are only £4.50.
I’ve got over 20 of the eyeshadows in all different colours so if you ever have any requests or looks you’ve seen on celebs or anything and you’d like me to recreate it or do swatches then just let me know!
I started by applying the yellow to inner eye lid then applied the orange and blended them together by sweeping the brush over both colours, then I applied the pink at the end and blended that in with the orange. The only thing I have against the dazzle dust eyeshadows is that because they are so fine that sometimes bits of glitter and fine bits of the “dazzle dust” get everywhere and end up on your cheeks, but really I can’t complain because I do love the eyeshadows. I’ve also found that dipping the brush in a bit of water first and then applying the shadow can make the colours more vibrant. I’ve done this yellow, orange, pink look before and it always gets lots of compliments! Oh and the mascara I’ve got on in the pictures is L’Oreal Lash Architect.
Anyway I’m rambling on now, so like I said before, any requests or anything, just drop me a comment :)

Gossip Girl Fashion
Who’s missing Gossip Girl? The characters, the storylines and most importantly, the FASHION. I’ve been so exited for the next series of Gossip Girl and have been so bored on Thursday nights now that series one has finished, that I decided to pay tribute to the gossip girls and the amazing clothes they wear.
Here’s some of my favourite outfits from Gossip Girl Season One...
A sneak peak of the girls and their clothes that will be hitting our screens in season two. I cannot wait! <3
And here’s some looks i've put together so that you can look like you belong on New York’s Upper East Side. All hail Blair & Serena…
Lotsa Love, Lauren xoxo ;)

This is just going to be a small blog, nothing special, but i'm planning a big fashion post either tomorrow or in the next few days, so make sure you come back and have a nosy. :)
Anyway, here's some cute graphics you could use for layouts, signatures and what not.
Note: I didn't make these, just found them all and loved them so thought i'd share. Enjoy!

Review: Too Faced Frozen Lotion
Review of Too Faced Frozen Lotion
“Cooling, Cackling, Shimmering, Moisturizing Body Mousse”
This is a great product for summer or if you’re on holiday or even if you want to add a bit of sparkle for a night out. It’s a mousse that cools and also adds a bit of golden shimmer to the body. You have to shake well first so that the mousse comes out properly, and at first, even though it’s only a beauty product, it is quite daunting because it cackles and sort of fizzes when you put it on the skin. Then when you rub it in it makes a fizz noise and really cools down the area you’re putting it on, but don’t worry, the cold feeling only lasts for a couple of seconds. It adds a really gorgeous gold glittery shimmer, nothing too sparkly but just the right amount. I think this is a great product and would rate it 9/10. I can’t really think of any cons for this product apart from at first when you put the mousse on it gives an aerosol-y scent (it’s not a word but it’s the only thing I can think of to describe it lol) but that goes after the first few seconds when you’re rubbing it in and then it just stays unscented. I’d defin itely recommend this product.
Here’s some pictures of my skin before & after I put the Frozen Lotion on
The photos didn't make the shimmer come out very well but in real life the glitter is gorgeous! :)
